If your host cancels your reservation, you’ll get a full refund. In some cases, we may also assist you find a new place to stay. Hosts should only cancel a booking for a valid reason. - Extenuating Circumstances
Sometimes, life happens, and things beyond your control might prevent you from going on your trip. These situations might include things like natural disasters, death, illness, or emergencies that make travel impossible or unsafe. To ask for a refund under extenuating circumstances, you will need to provide proof of what happened and show how it affected your ability to travel. - No Shows
